Telephone Advice

To get telephone advice you can contact the practice by phoning 01371 810328.

The receptionist will transfer your call to one of our practice nurses. The nurses are available for telephone advice between 8am and 6.30pm (Monday to Friday). However, they are consulting between 8am and 12noon and 4pm to 6.30pm therefore we would ask you to phone outside these hours where possible. If they are consulting, the receptionist will take your telephone number and a nurse will call you back.

If you wish to speak to a doctor please phone Reception to arrange a telephone consultation.  The doctor will call you back between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m..  During the afternoon, only urgent phone calls will be made by the duty doctor.
